Zimmerman Architectural Studios is excitedly a three-time winner of the Milwaukee Business Journal’s 2023 Best Places to Work award (BPTW). In 2021, we not only secured our first BPTW win but also claimed the top spot in in the medium-sized company category. We are humbled to be one of the winners in the medium category again this year.

To determine the winners, the Milwaukee Business Journal invites employees to participate in an extensive survey that covers key areas such as personal engagement, communication and resources, teamwork, retention, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers and senior leaders, manager effectiveness, job satisfaction, and perks, among others.

Completing the survey entails thoughtful consideration and valuable feedback, ultimately generating an overall score. The highest-ranking companies are announced as winners in each size category.

This nomination calls for celebration and gratitude. It not only shines a light on the organizational accomplishments but also presents an opportunity for introspection.  We were honored by the feedback we received this year.
