Oak Creek Police Station

The rapidly growing City of Oak Creek engaged Zimmerman Architectural Studios for a transformative project. They asked us to design the new Oak Creek Police Station and surrounding civic campus. This forward-thinking facility includes a courtroom, vehicle maintenance center, and firing range. It was designed to confidently serve the community for the next 20 years and beyond.

Our team designed the building to be an excellent neighbor. The station’s Prairie Style aesthetic seamlessly complements both area business and residential developments. We incorporated a high degree of flexibility into the architectural design. The Oak Creek Police Station easily accommodates future space reconfigurations. This smart adaptability prevents major renovation expenses down the road.

We applied sustainable design principles to create a highly energy-efficient environment. This innovative approach generates a long-term return on investment for the entire community.
