Actuant Corporate Headquarters

The Actuant Corporate Headquarters project addressed an array of needs for this Fortune 500 company. Actuant is a $1.2 billion diversified industrial company with operations in over 30 countries. The company leads in niche markets such as branded hydraulic tools, energy solutions, and precision motion control systems.

After rapid growth fueled by regional acquisitions, Actuant, needed a large manufacturing facility and corporate office to consolidate its operations. The organization secured a manufacturing plant property that matched its size requirements and provided room for expansion. Zimmerman was tasked with creating renovation and expansion plans for Actuant’s Electrical division center and designing a new corporate headquarters.

The Actuant Corporate Headquarters features a combination of open and private offices. It also includes a spacious fitness center accessible to employees from both facilities. A cafeteria offers panoramic views of the surrounding area, creating a welcoming space for staff. Additionally, the corporate training center hosts over 1,000 employees annually for sessions across Actuant’s various businesses.

The Actuant Corporate Headquarters development integrates industrial, energy, and engineered solutions divisions alongside the company’s executive, financial, and human resources offices, making it a hub for innovation and collaboration.
