Zilber Property Group identified Janesville, and specifically Interstate I-90 as a major logistic centric corridor featuring access to Chicago, Madison and Minneapolis. 

After successfully developing and fully leasing out its first completed facility in the Janesville area, Zilber engaged Zimmerman to plan and design several additional follow-up projects. 

The new Zilber Janesville business park is highly visible from both Beloit Avenue and Highway 11. The buildings range from 280,000 to more than 500,000 sq. ft. and are flexible and divisible to meet a variety of configurations and tenant needs.
