Stateline Family YMCA

entrance of Stateline YMCA

The original Stateline Family YMCA experienced numerous disjointed expansions over many years. This piecemeal growth created a confusing and highly inefficient environment. Varying floor heights and peculiar circulation routes severely limited operational success. Our team envisioned a transformative, forward-thinking solution to solve these complex architectural challenges.

We confidently relocated the Stateline Family YMCA into the iconic Ironworks facility. This strategic move provided a modest expansion of the overall physical space. More importantly, we achieved significant usable space improvements through highly efficient design layouts. As a result, the facility now delivers expanded, high-quality program offerings to the community.

The revitalized Stateline Family YMCA features dynamic, flexible-use studios and modern sport courts. Members enjoy a dedicated aerobics studio, a calming yoga space, and a premium basketball court. Additional upgraded areas include a vibrant youth center and a large life center. Families also benefit from a fun pool, a competitive lap pool, and expanded child-care facilities. Finally, we integrated modern locker rooms and polished administrative offices to seamlessly support daily operations.
