Justin is a 25-year veteran of Zimmerman’s construction administration team and has led our field services department for more than a decade. Justin’s team engages early in the design process to gain a clear understanding of design intent which helps Zimmerman represent both client and project throughout construction. The field services team also frequently assists our studios in project schedule generation as well as identification and resolution of potential constructability issues. In the field, Justin and his staff attend jobsite, including pre-construction and pre-installation meetings, resolve contractor questions, assist in coordination of owner training on specialized systems, verify and document as built conditions and systems performance, process and document pay applications and enforces warranties. His team has successfully collaborated in a variety of construction delivery models including Integrated Project Delivery (IPD); traditional design / bid / build, design / build, Construction Manager at Risk, etc. Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
