Traci brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her role as our Director of Human Resources. As a member of our leadership team, she ensures that HR initiatives are designed and implemented to meet the evolving needs of the business while maintaining the engagement and enthusiasm of employees. She works with all studios and departments to align the right people with the right roles, uphold the firm’s culture, and collaborate to improve processes while providing strategic and financial planning for our firm. Traci graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor’s of Business Degree, specializing in human resources management. Zimmerman has a long history in Wisconsin having received numerous local and national awards and accolades due to the skills, experience, and dedication of our talented employees and she has been an integral part of that success.
